MEDIARUSH provides the following services:

• Crisis content removal services
• Consultation and strategic advice for content removal

• No Upfront Fees: We operate on a results-based payment model
• Payment Due: Payment is due only upon successful completion of services
• Accepted Methods: Credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency
• Refund Policy: Full refund if we cannot achieve the agreed-upon results
• Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and subject to change with notice

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about content to be removed
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information or clarification
• Not engage in activities that could interfere with our removal efforts
• Maintain confidentiality about our methods and processes
• Use our services only for legitimate reputation management purposes

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

MEDIARUSH maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and service details. We will not disclose your identity, the nature of your request, or any related information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

All team members and contractors sign comprehensive non-disclosure agreements to protect client privacy and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.

Either party may terminate services with written notice:

• Client Termination: You may cancel services at any time with 48 hours notice
• Our Termination: We may terminate services for breach of terms or illegal requests
• Effect of Termination: Payment due for completed work; confidentiality obligations continue
